The Baron has resisted it for awhile now but the Papua New Guinea beans are so  gosh darn good.
Featured here in Milk 60%  and Dark 70%, these silky numbers are truly great.
With notes of honey caramel, dark cherry and cinnamon butter.
Crafting this bar was super fun – using some of the pacific’s best cacao from the Manabu plantation.
Our Chief Chocolate Disciple has outdone himself on this one.
