Welcome to the La Chontalpa bar… using cacao from the Tabasco region of Mexico with notes of honey caramel and malted hazelnuts. These rare and unique beans are truly single origin, coming from a small two hectare cacao farm. Crafting this bar was super fun, sparking memories of our travels through this beautiful region.
