Like the time in Belgium when a not-so-monastic monk stole his passport and he had to smuggle himself out of the country as a stowaway. For comfort, he fashioned improvised bubble wrap from the contents of his backpack: marshmallows, sticky caramel, buttery shortbread, 70% cacao chocolate and cinnamon (which worked as a breathing pipe). As the ship slipped out of Antwerp, The Baron nibbled his sweet, fluffy, lightly salted cocoon and had a bright idea.

These gluten-free salted caramel marshmallow puffs are coated in 70% dark chocolate and dusted with sea salt. Sweet, chewy, chocolatey and gone quicker than you can say à tantôt.
