Welcome to the Waffle bar, where cacao from Malekula Island in Vanuatu with notes of honey caramel, dark cherry and cinnamon butter come together with maple pecan brittle and delicious hand crafted waffles from local Wellington legends Montfoort.

This bar was super fun to dream up, taking inspiration from lazy Sundays where cinnamon and buttery aromas of freshly baked waffles abound.
