Wellington legends Southward Distillery have launched their first whiskey & we're all about it with butter.  

Welcome to the Whiskey bar, where cacao from the Malekula Island in Vanuatu with notes of honey caramel and dark cherry come together with butter washed barrel aged Whiskey from local Wellington legends Southward Distillery.

This bar was super fun to dream up, taking inspiration from winter nights, cozy fires, and delicious things.

There is no butter way to eat whiskey than in chocolate!
